Introduction
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the RECLUB platform, accessible at reclub.pt. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RECLUB is Portugal's first integrated MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platform, connecting real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and investors.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Services
RECLUB provides:
- Property listing and search tools for residential and commercial real estate in Portugal
- An MLS network for licensed real estate agents to collaborate and share listings
- Tools for buyers, investors, and sellers to connect with verified professionals
- Off-market property access and buyer database for network members
- Property management and inquiry management tools for agents
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@reclub.pt.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Platform Rules
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Use the platform to scrape, harvest, or collect data without written permission
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the RECLUB platform are the property of RECLUB or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
Disclaimers
RECLUB provides property listings and tools 'as is'. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property information provided by third-party agents or users. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, or agents.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese and EU law, RECLUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
